Refund policy

1. Free trial first
Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial without a payment card, so you can test the full service before paying anything.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months.
3. Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the first payment and have not pushed price changes to a store during that time, we refund the full amount. After 14 days, annual plans remain active until the end of the paid year and are not refunded pro rata.
4. Errors and double charges
If you were charged by mistake or twice, write to us and we refund the incorrect charge in full.
5. How to request
Write to the email address on the Contact page from the email of your account. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
